Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

ELENVA (“the Company”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“you”) that the ELENVA smart ring (excluding any third-party software) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

This limited warranty applies only to defects arising from normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper charging, use inconsistent with provided instructions, or events beyond reasonable control.


2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to obtain warranty service.


3. Warranty Service Process

To request warranty service, please contact ELENVA at web@elenva.com within the warranty period.

After evaluation, you may be required to return the product for inspection, repair, or replacement in accordance with ELENVA’s instructions. Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ELENVA is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.


4. Warranty Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, ELENVA will, at its sole discretion, do one of the following:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model

  • Provide a refund not exceeding the original purchase price

Repaired or replacement products may be new or refurbished. This warranty does not cover data recovery, data reinstallation, or data loss. ELENVA is not responsible for any loss of data during service.


5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

  • Scratches or surface damage

  • Battery degradation over time

  • Damage caused by water exposure beyond intended use

  • Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or environmental conditions


6. Software and Data Disclaimer

Any third-party software provided with the product is supplied “as is,” without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for backing up and securing your data. ELENVA shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELENVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

In all cases, ELENVA’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
