1. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or other reliable shipping providers, depending on the destination, package size, inventory levels, and operational requirements.
To ensure faster delivery and improve order fulfillment efficiency, some orders may be fulfilled and shipped through Amazon’s fulfillment network, depending on inventory availability and warehouse allocation.
4. International Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations.
Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within the United States.
For international destinations outside the United States, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and region. Before placing an order, please contact our customer support team at support@elenva.com with your complete shipping address to receive a shipping quote and an estimated delivery time.
For orders delivered within the United States, most packages are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier services, and other logistical factors. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.Please contact our customer support team for an estimated delivery time before placing your order.
Delivery Disclaimer
Logistics Delays
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our direct control. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Final-Mile Delivery
Final-mile delivery is handled by your local postal or courier service. Delivery schedules and procedures are determined by the local carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We will continue to assist you by communicating with the carrier and supporting any investigation when needed.
If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to request assistance, initiate an investigation, or file a claim where applicable.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of the delivery date. Many carriers have strict claim deadlines, and delayed reports may affect the outcome of their investigation.
Although Elenva cannot intervene directly in the carrier’s investigation process, our support team will gladly assist by providing shipping information, communicating with the carrier where possible, and supporting you throughout the investigation.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost in transit, Elenva will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

· Track your shipment regularly using the tracking number provided.
· Contact the shipping carrier promptly if you experience any delivery issues.
· Keep all shipping records and correspondence with the carrier, as they may be required during the investigation process.
Tracking Information
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.If there is no tracking update after 72hour period due to uncontrollable logistics issues, please contact our support team directly. We will arrange a reshipment or full refund for you accordingly

Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within the United States.
For international destinations, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and region. Before placing your order, please contact our customer support team at support@elenva.com with your complete shipping address to receive a shipping quote.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elenva.com.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, any cancellation or refund request will be subject to our Return Policy.
7. Duties & Taxes (Customs Fees)
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Elenva does not control or estimate these charges and is not responsible for any fees assessed by customs authorities. For additional information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
8. Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can only be shipped to one shipping address.
If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
9. Refusal of Delivery
If you wish to refuse delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange for the package to be refused. Any fees charged by the shipping carrier for refusing, intercepting, or returning the shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, it will be returned to Elenva.
Once the returned package is received at our warehouse in its original, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund for the merchandise and any applicable taxes.
Original shipping charges (if applicable), return shipping costs, and any carrier fees associated with the refused shipment are non-refundable and, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
10. Shipping Delays & Delivery Discrepancies
Natural disasters, peak holiday seasons, severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in shipping delays. All delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@elenva.com within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.
We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier and help initiate an investigation if applicable. Reports submitted after this period may affect your eligibility to file a claim with the carrier.
11.Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
