Once your package leaves our warehouse, ELENVA is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs, local holidays, weather, or other logistics factors.

Final-mile delivery is handled by the local courier; ELENVA has no control over delivery timing or method.

ELENVA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked “delivered” but cannot be located. These issues must be resolved directly with the shipping provider.

Note: ELENVA cannot offer refunds or replacements for final-mile delivery issues once the package is in transit internationally.
3. Order Cancellation

5. Multiple Addresses

If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
6. Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused, it will be returned to ELENVA.

Once received in original condition, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and taxes only.

7. Shipping Delays

Natural disasters, holidays, weather, or other uncontrollable factors may cause delivery delays.

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be found, contact web@elenva.com within 7 business days. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
