Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
We provide a limited warranty for our smart rings, warranting that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details.
To be eligible for a return:

The ring must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
⚠️ Please contact our customer support team before returning any item to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned ring is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace smart rings that are defective or damaged under our warranty terms.
If you need to exchange your ring for the same model, please contact web@elenva.com to receive an RMA number and further instructions.
