All prices displayed on https://elenva.com are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Charges will be deducted in USD from your payment account automatically. If your payment card uses a different local currency, your card issuing bank will apply its own foreign exchange conversion fees and exchange rates, which are not controlled or covered by Elenva.Your payment provider may also apply foreign transaction fees if applicable.
3. Tax Liability Rules
- US Domestic Orders
We will automatically calculate and collect applicable state sales tax based on your shipping address at checkout, in compliance with US state tax regulations. The sales tax amount will be clearly listed separately on your order invoice.
- International Orders Shipped Outside the US
All import duties, customs taxes, VAT, clearance processing fees and any other local governmental charges incurred upon arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Elenva cannot estimate, cover or refund any cross-border customs-related fees.
4. Payment Authorization & Order Verification
At checkout, a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount may be placed on your payment account to verify valid funds. This hold is not an official charge and will be released automatically per your bank’s timeline if your order fails processing or is canceled before shipment. Your payment may be authorized and captured at the time your order is placed, depending on the payment method used.

All approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days on our end, while the actual funds arrival time depends on the processing speed of your card issuer or payment platform. We cannot expedite bank transfer timelines.
Shipping fees are refundable only where required by law or if the return is due to our error.

All online transactions on our site are protected using industry-standard security measures and encrypted. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect all payment information transmitted on our site. Our payment processors follow PCI DSS security standards to safeguard your financial data. Although we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by an obvious pricing error.
